Spa, recovery & massage sessions are only held in our designated facilities.
For each customer, 10 pieces of exercise clothing are washed and ironed for free. Anything above that is considered an additional expense to be paid.
While respecting client privacy, the camp management has the right to inspect rooms to maintain camp order.
Package Policies
Campers for 2 weeks or more, can have an optional 1 day-off, and leave on Wednesday and return on Thursday Morning ONLY if a group is checking out on that day, arranged by the Reception Desk
You can enjoy discounts upon reserving for the full package, and extending the package with higher package is not available, but available through purchasing a separate package
Refund Policies
In case of cancellation, the expended period of the package will be deducted after modifying the price per night to match the
night price of the nearest package + deducting 50% of the second week and refunding the rest of the amount. The whole amount is divided equally on all weeks in the package.
Fare Use Policy
The packages expire one year from the subscription date. For packages longer than six months, the expiration period is twice the package duration.
The residual balance of discounted promotional package offers shall be converted into credit value, after the expiration of the package, which can be utilized towards the purchase of packages at prevailing rates during the specified period.
